As the Director of Finance at Flyland Recovery Network, Thea plays a crucial role in the design, construction, and management of financial allocations. She maintains oversight and control over budgeting and forecasting decisions to ensure each center has the resources needed to treat each patient. After beginning her own recovery journey, Thea began working in the treatment field in 2010 as a Behavioral Health Technician. Learning all that she could about the standards of care and financial operations of a rehab center she shifted her formal education to finance. She is immensely grateful to her esteemed mentors in the business world, whose guidance has endowed her with extensive industry expertise while working in a field she feels she can give back to daily.
