Talk with an admission coordinator
The admissions department is open 24 hours a day and is staffed with compassionate, highly trained admissions professionals available by chat or phone call. All of our admission coordinators have been touched by addiction in some way. They may be in recovery themselves or have a loved one who has been affected by the disease of addiction. This makes them relateable to chat with, knowing that contacting our addiction help line is your very first step towards recovery!
During this first step you will answer preliminary questions to help our team determine which center and level of care is right for you or your loved one.

1
Insurance verification and treatment financing
Your financial means should never be a determining factor for seeking help. During this step of the admissions process we determine how the cost of treatment will be covered. If you have health insurance we will work with your provider to get a verification of benefits. If you do not have health insurance or have a plan we do not accept we will help you connect with programs in network with your insurance and evaluate your other treatment options.
2
Coordination for your travel and arrival
Next your admissions coordinator will help make arrangements for your admission into our state-of-the-art treatment center. Upon admission, our medical team will begin your initial evaluation. Based upon your initial evaluation, we will create your treatment program based on your specific needs.
3
Evaluation and specialized treatment
Upon arrival, our medical team will begin your admission evaluation. Based upon your initial assessment, we will create your treatment plan based on your specific needs. You will be paired with a case manager, primary therapist and psychiatrist. Your treatment will be planned around your diagnosis, level of care required, and personal experiences using empirical data for best outcomes.
