What to Bring to Treatment

Starting your journey at Flyland Recovery Network is a powerful step toward healing, and we’re here to support you every step of the way. One of the first questions people have when they prepare for treatment is:

“What should I bring?”

We know packing can feel overwhelming, so we’ve put together a comprehensive list to help guide you.

1-2 WEEKS WORTH OF CLOTHING

Your comfort is our priority. We recommend bringing clothes that are easy to move in and layer. Temperatures can vary, so pack a mix of long sleeves, short sleeves, and cozy sweaters. Think comfort over style—sweatpants, hoodies, T-shirts, and comfortable shoes are perfect choices.

FAQ

All of our facilities have on-site laundry.

The facility housekeeping staff will do your laundry once per week (more if necessary).

If you’re on approved prescription medications, bring a 30-day supply in their original, labeled containers. At Flyland, our medical staff will support and monitor all medication needs, ensuring that you stay on track with your treatment.

Your admissions coordinator will discuss approved and unapproved medications.

Bring your ID and insurance card, as they’ll be necessary for intake. We want to make the administrative process as smooth as possible so you can focus on your healing journey.

For your safety and the focus of the treatment experience, we ask that certain items be left at home. These include electronic devices, expensive jewelry, uncomfortable clothing, weapons, and anything containing alcohol or other controlled substances.
