Winter joins Trost as a Mental Health Therapist with her Masters degree in marriage, family, and couples therapy. She has a deep passion for expanding access to mental health care and offering improved life for those struggling with mental health disorders. While she has a diverse background and many treatment modalities, she believes in creating strong treatment plans for patients that help them on their journey to wellness and self-love. She enjoys swimming, playing the drums, and exploring nature and other locations when not working. She let’s patients know that it is okay not to have everything figured out and to accomplish getting through the day.
