Trost Health Outpatient is a part of the Flyland Recovery Network. Trost is a virtual Intensive Outpatient and Outpatient offering for those struggling with addiction and mental health disorders.
We are dedicated to offering virtual therapeutic services for individuals grappling with substance misuse problems as part of our outpatient services. Our devotion is to enhance the reach of our treatment options. We have tailored an Intensive Outpatient Program and additional Outpatient services that are particularly advantageous for employed individuals and those who find it challenging to commute for therapy.
Trost Health Virtual Services
Our objective is to increase the number of individuals engaging in therapy by serving as a connection point between mental health professionals and those needing mental wellness services. This program includes regular group meetings and one-on-one sessions with certified therapists for our participants. They will also acquire essential life skills such as managing stress, establishing healthy relationships, understanding family dynamics, setting achievable goals, and more. We aim to offer a comprehensive treatment experience through our online services, allowing participants to receive full-service care without leaving their homes.
Who Can Benefit From Outpatient Services?
Intensive Outpatient Therapy (IOP) and Outpatient (OP) services are a good fit for an individual who has already completed a higher level of care, like a residential treatment program. Telehealth services are also used to address addiction and mental health that do not require detoxification or round-the-clock supervision.
Virtual IOP and OP services allow patients to acclimate to a home or structured living environment while keeping up with obligations. Having the responsibilities of school, work or home life are often a shock after leaving treatment. Attending regular therapeutic sessions with their therapist and group sessions keeps patients accountable and creates a continuum of care that extends beyond a facility setting.
