Tabitha Vinger

As a Case Manager at Prisma Recovery Center, Tabitha is dedicated to guiding patients through every stage of their recovery with compassion, advocacy, and genuine connection. Holding a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, she has worked with diverse populations, from toddlers on the autism spectrum, teens navigating mental health challenges, individuals transitioning out of homelessness, and survivors of trauma and grief. Her role involves assessing patient needs, coordinating resources, and collaborating with care teams to ensure holistic, individualized support. Known for her sincerity and open-hearted approach, Tabitha believes that you don’t have to be perfect to make progress and strives to create a safe, encouraging space for growth.
