With a Master’s in Social Work and extensive experience in the recovery field, Rafaela serves as the Executive Director of Programming at Flyland Recovery Network. She is passionate about helping individuals reclaim their confidence and strengths, empowering them to live authentically. By viewing each person within the context of their environment, Rafaela works to reduce stigma and challenge mental health labels.
