Matthew Lee

As Director of Operations at Prisma Recovery Center, Matthew Lee oversees the day-to-day functions that help support effective, high-quality care across the facility. His background spans both operational leadership and direct client support, giving him a broad understanding of how strong systems, staff development, and collaboration contribute to the treatment experience. Matthew has also helped open behavioral health facilities across New Hampshire, Massachusetts, and Florida, bringing experience in process improvement, problem-solving, and team leadership to his role. He is especially motivated by seeing patients make meaningful changes in their lives and knowing that the work behind the scenes can help create an environment where that progress is possible.
