Drawing from his own recovery journey, Matthew is passionate about giving back, using collaboration, problem-solving, and team development to make a meaningful impact in the lives of those struggling with addiction and mental health disorders.
Originally from Trenton, New Jersey, Matthew enjoys golfing, fishing, and spending time with his girlfriend and their dog. A former chef who worked with renowned chef Thomas Keller, his favorite book, Kitchen Confidential, brings back memories from his time in the culinary world. Matthew’s motto, “Adversity reveals character,” reflects his belief in personal growth through challenges, and his advice to those entering treatment is to stay committed and trust the process, even on difficult days.
