Maryann Ricci

Maryann Ricci, Managing Partner, founded Flyland Recovery Network in 2021 and serves as its Executive Director of Patient Experience. She has played an instrumental role in designing the organization’s facilities and creating the welcoming environments that exemplify the Flyland brand.

Ms. Ricci began her career in the automotive and construction industries, where she rose to the management level and developed extensive business and operational experience.  She later pursued her interest in interior design, creating spaces centered on comfort, flow and functionality.

Since entering behavioral healthcare in 2017, Ms. Ricci has applied her experience, creativity and attention to detail to thoughtfully designed treatment environments.  She carefully plans layouts and selects finishes, lighting and furnishings. Her approach incorporates interior design and feng shui principles to create calm, welcoming spaces that support healing and recovery.
