Crystal Donato, RN

Serving as the Executive Director of Nursing at Flyland Recovery Network, her fervor for her craft radiates as she tirelessly develops our program to deliver unparalleled patient care. On a day to day, you will find Crystal working on the nursing process, policy, and procedures for each location, and support across the continuum of our care. Including assuring the nursing division at each center meets or exceeds licensure, regulatory, and accreditation standards. She believes strongly that everyone deserves a chance to be the best version of themselves and through her work, she makes it possible for many individuals to find healing and a new outlook on life. Inspired by her own journey of growth, she loves watching those who come into Flyland achieve their goals and transition into healthier lives.
