Mike Captain

As Facility Manager, Mike Captain oversees the daily operations and staff support that help Skylight Recovery Center run smoothly. His own recovery journey gives him a personal connection to the work and an appreciation for the importance of a strong treatment environment. Mike enjoys developing his team, working with patients, and helping maintain a facility culture centered on accountability and continued improvement. For Mike, the work is as much about strengthening the people around him as it is about keeping the day-to-day operation moving in the right direction.
